CONSULTATION
Involves a brief history that includes paternal and maternal sides of the patients. And getting past medical and surgical history directly from the patients. The Doctor will spend time listening to your concern and providing solutions to address your particular health needs.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
Involves the Doctor checking your vital signs, and physically examine you with the intention to check your overall health.
